When you request a rental or contact us, we collect the information needed to rent a trailer to you: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, tow vehicle details, and the dates and details of your rental.

To meet insurance and legal requirements, we may also ask you to upload a photo of your driver's license and proof of insurance. These documents are stored privately and are only visible to the business owner.

If you pay by card, payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is never seen or stored by us. If you pay by cash or check, we record only the amount and date.

If you sign a rental agreement electronically, we store your typed name, your drawn signature, and a copy of the signed agreement.

We use your information only to run your rental: confirming reservations, sending pickup and return reminders, sending payment receipts, preparing your rental agreement, checking the trailer in and out, and contacting you if a trailer is overdue or damaged.

We also keep basic records (rentals, payments, damages, expenses) as ordinary business records.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your rental: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, return reminders, and overdue notices. Message frequency varies depending on your rental. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You can also call or text us at 573-202-4588 to change how we contact you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate: Stripe (card payments), Twilio (text messages), and our email delivery provider — and only the information each one needs to do its job.

We may also share information when required by law, or with our insurance provider in connection with a claim or damage to a trailer.

Driver's licenses, insurance documents, signed agreements, and payment records are stored in private, access-controlled storage behind the business owner's sign-in. They are never shown on the public website.

Photos of trailers on the public website are the only customer-related media shown publicly, and they contain no personal information.

We keep rental, payment, and agreement records for as long as needed for tax, insurance, and legal purposes. Uploaded license and insurance documents are kept while they are current for your rentals and can be deleted on request once a rental is complete.
