Terms & Conditions

Rentals are by appointment. Submit a request on this website or call/text us and we will confirm your dates, the trailer, and the total price before anything is final.

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and an insured tow vehicle rated to tow the trailer. We may ask for a photo of your license and proof of insurance before pickup.

Prices are quoted per day, with weekly and monthly rates available. There is no deposit, and no sales tax is collected. The full price is due before the trailer leaves with you.

We accept card payments through a secure link (processed by Stripe), card reader payments at pickup, cash, or check.

Your rental agreement, presented for signature before pickup, is the final word on the terms of your specific rental. If anything here and in the agreement differ, the agreement controls.

By giving us your phone number and agreeing on the request form or by phone, you consent to receive text messages from Trailer Rentals of Rolla, LLC about your rental — such as booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, and overdue notices. Message frequency varies depending on your rental. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call or text us at 573-202-4588. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Pickups and returns happen during our open hours, 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, at our location unless another arrangement is made.

We inspect the trailer with you at pickup and again at return. Return the trailer on time, clean, and with all equipment (hitch, safety chains, keys, ramps). Late returns may be charged at the daily rate for each day or partial day late.

You are responsible for the trailer from pickup until it is returned and checked in. Tow it safely, stay within its weight rating, and secure your load.

Damage beyond normal wear — including tire, lighting, or structural damage, or damage caused by overloading or improper towing — will be charged at actual repair cost. If damage is discovered at return, we will document it with photos and discuss the repair with you before charging anything.

Do not sublease the trailer, tow it outside the United States, use it for illegal purposes, or let anyone else tow it without our approval.

Plans change — call or text us as soon as you can and we will cancel or move your reservation at no charge. We simply ask for enough notice to offer the trailer to someone else.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to requests made after it was posted. Signed rental agreements are not changed by updates to this page.
